Taste: Fruity with a strong bitter and spicy sensation
Septembris is the first oil of the season, the result of a special selection of "green" olives harvested before veraison that emphasize its fresh and herbaceous character. It was produced at the end of September 2020 in a limited number of bottles. Like any unfiltered new oil, it best expresses its unique characteristics within a few months of harvesting. Try it on bruschetta!
